Consular Outreach Tracker
Renewing a Philippine passport or filing dual citizenship usually means a trip to your consulate — which can be a four-state drive. Outreach missions bring those services to a city near you for a weekend. The catch: they're announced quietly, about a month ahead, and appointment slots go fast.

How outreach missions work
- Appointments are usually required — posts publish a signup link or QR code with each announcement, and slots for popular cities fill within days.
- Typical services: passport applications and renewals, dual citizenship (RA 9225), civil registry documents, notarials, and overseas voter registration. Exact offerings vary per mission — the announcement lists them.
- Dates move. Missions are planned tentatively and confirmed about a month ahead. Never book flights on a tentative date.
- Applying for dual citizenship at one? Start with the RA 9225 guide so your documents are ready before your slot.
We re-check this page against the official consulate pages every month — last check: October 19, 2026. If your consulate just announced a mission we're missing, tell us and we'll add it.
